What is your return policy?
We know that our products are produced to the highest of standards with you the customer in mind. We will refund or replace faulty products but otherwise do not accept refunds.
Experience bookings will be refunded minus deposit of 25% if 48hrs notice is given. We will endeavour to be flexible where booking dates need to change but ultimately this is at our discretion.
Do you sell gift cards?
We have a range of digital gift vouchers that can be purchased using the 'shop' link. We accept these online or directly but not in other stockists. Please provide an email address when purchasing and your voucher will be emailed to you within 24 hours.
What are the payment options?
Visa and debit payments are accepted when purchasing using our online shop. Direct purchases should be paid using bank transfer.
